Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Loader Luxe Plastering wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use assistive technology. We have designed and built it to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and in line with our duties under the Equality Act 2010.
What we have done
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus outline.
- A skip to content link appears at the top of every page.
- Text and important graphics have a colour contrast of at least 4.5 to 1.
- Every page has one main heading, and headings follow a logical order.
- Images have descriptive alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Form fields have visible labels, required fields are marked, and errors are described in words, not by colour alone.
- Animation and moving content respect your device's reduced motion setting, and the scrolling list of services can be paused.
- The site works when zoomed to 400 percent and on small screens without scrolling sideways.
- The cookie banner can be operated with a keyboard and a screen reader, and never traps your focus.
Known limitations
Some photos of our work show fine surface detail that is hard to describe fully in alternative text. If you need more information about any project, please ask and we will describe it.
Feedback and alternative formats
If you find a problem with this website, or need information in a different format such as large print or a phone call, contact us at info@loaderluxeplastering.co.uk or on 07515 569399. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
How we test
We test the site with keyboard only navigation, screen reader checks, automated accessibility tools and manual review of colour contrast and zoom. This statement was prepared on 27 October 2026 and is reviewed regularly.
